Five Posts to Write Right Now

This is great!

The Daily Post

No matter how long you’ve been writing, some days, it feels like inspiration just won’t come. If you’re stuck on what to write next, or just want to try something new, take a crack at one of these post ideas.

1. What does Utopia look like to you?

Every single day around the world, there are protests, elections, and burgeoning grassroots campaigns all resulting in a step forward, or a step backward, depending on who you ask. Many people devote their lives towards creating a better life for their children and grandchildren, letting their vision of the future guide their present.

Yet everyone’s vision of the world they’d like their children, metaphorical or not, to inherit is very different. What type of world do you strive to create in your day-to-day life? What actions can we take to improve the lives of others? What’s a cause that’s important to you? Tell…

For Storybirders only..!

Your Storybird Updater

It’s been a reallyyyyyyy long time. The blog hasn’t been getting much activity for a while.

So I wanted to motivate people when writing, no matter if it’s a blog or just writing.

I, and many other Storybird users have had a long battle with writer’s block. I get an amazing general idea, but when I try to put it down, it doesn’t write. It doesn’t work. I don’t know why we can’t think of things to write, and I don’t know how to cure it. So my form of inspiration is a challenge for all readers and Storybird members out there.

I’ll give you the One Sentence To Spark You. And you guys can use it, and write down one paragraph, no matter how good or simple it is. It may give you an idea! Good luck battling writer’s block, every one. I know it can be hard, but…

About me.

Hi! This is @demigodwizard14 here from Storybird.

This is actually my first time around WordPress; I had only heard about it when I discovered YSBU, created and administrated by five amazing and inspiring authors and staff member on Storybird. I had mostly done blogs on Blogger, but WordPress seems a wee bit more interactive and cooler! Anyways, that isn’t much info about me…

I don’t want to reveal any of my personal information, so I’ll tell you this: I have an unhealthy obsession with Percy Jackson and Harry Potter. A very little known fact about me is that I’m crazy about Little Women, which I find absolutely interesting, although it is quite vintage. I’m in honors Language Arts, and the rest of the people in my class don’t understand why I like to write stories for fun. Of course, what they don’t know is that the team and people on storybird make it so much more than just writing stories. It’s like the whole Disney adventure packed onto one site.

Storybird has very nearly become my life. I may not have been on as long as @cherry_blossom or @deepfried_freak, but it feels like I’ve known it forever.

Maybe I have….

Anyways, I got to go. Comment whatever you want on this, just not too much personal stuff. Anywyas, as one of my classmates likes to say…

“Whatever tickles your peach.”
